About the project

Tatra banka was looking for a way to attract young customers and boost current account sales by offering new added value. We started with research, conducting in-depth interviews with 50 young customers. This was followed by a design sprint with stakeholders, where we created prototypes and developed a new savings concept, which we validated through quantitative research. Over the course of the 3-month project, we identified opportunities and designed a solution that is now part of Tatra banka digital ecosystem.
